2. Services

THCMIA assists patients with healthcare navigation, education, registration, and coordination of services. Any medical evaluations, prescriptions, certifications, or treatments are provided only by licensed practitioners authorized to practice in the State of Florida.

3. Orders, Payments, and Refund Policy

  • No Refunds on Dispensed Orders:
    Orders that are marked as dispensed are final and non-refundable, in compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Lost or Undelivered Orders:
    A full refund will be issued if an order is not delivered or is confirmed lost in transit.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
